Return and Exchange Policy

  The item can be tried while the courier is waiting if doesn't fit or not satisfied, you can pay the delivery fees only and return the item back to the courier . Once the courier leaves item can not be refunded.

this is the only way to accept refund. 

Return and exchange policy applies to Cairo shipments only.  

Delivery fees have to be paid in all situations 

Refunds 

Refunds are only issued for defective items. To request a refund, please provide the order number and attach a picture showing the defect in the item for inspection. We will promptly notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your refund is approved, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your payment method.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange the item for a different size. Please contact us within (no. of days). 

Sale Policy

Immediate try-ons are not available on sale items. 

Discounted items packages must not be opened or tried on. 

The return policy is not applied to sale items.
