Order inspection upon delivery is allowed in Cairo only and must be done in the presence of the courier.
Once the courier leaves, the order becomes final and non-returnable / non-exchangeable.
This policy applies especially to Best Seller items.

For orders outside Cairo, order inspection upon delivery is not allowed.
All product details, images, and specifications are shared and confirmed with the customer before shipping.
Orders are shipped sealed to preserve product quality and prevent any potential damage.

Due to the premium quality, unique nature, and limited production of our products, we do not produce large quantities.
Any return or exchange may expose the product to damage or loss of its original condition, therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted once the order is delivered.
This policy is strictly applied to maintain the high standards and integrity of our products.

Each order undergoes a double quality control inspection by our team before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
All sizes, measurements, and product details are clearly stated in the product description box on each product page.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing size details before placing an order.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection, and size-related issues are not eligible for return or exchange.
