Our shipping covers domestic areas only at the moment. International shipping is currently unavailable. 

Immediate try-on while the courier awaits is available in Cairo shipments only. 

Shipping processing times

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Governorates shipping rate: Governorates shipping rates are subject to change and are at the discretion of the courier company. The final shipping cost may vary based on the governorate's location and various factors determined by the courier.

  The item can be tried while the courier is waiting if doesn't fit or not satisfied, you can pay the delivery fees only and return the item back to the courier . Once the courier leaves item can not be refunded.

this is the only way to accept refund. 

Return and exchange policy applies to Cairo shipments only.  

Delivery fees have to be paid in all situations 

Refunds 

Refunds are only issued for defective items. To request a refund, please provide the order number and attach a picture showing the defect in the item for inspection. We will promptly notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your refund is approved, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your payment method.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange the item for a different size. Please contact us within two days only.
